Unfortunately, we have no control over customs/VAT charges and can't predict what they will be.
We're not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. If you refuse an order because of customs / VAT charges, we'll be unable to refund you.
In some events when product arrives damaged, we will send replacements for damaged/missing items if we're contacted via email within 14 days of receipt of package based on the tracking number along with photo and video evidence. If you prefere refund for damaged/missing product, please give us information about that.
We have fulfillment center in the United States, UK, Spain and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-3 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from our main fulfillment center in China, where we stock a large quantity and style of the products. We make the biggest effort to send your items form your nearest location, but expect your product to be shipped from our main fulfillment center in China; please expect 2-5 weeks after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping options.
If you placed the order less than 24 hours, there's a chance we can change the address, but after that, we won't be able to change the address of your shipment.
Once the order is shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. If you already have tracking number you can check status on website
